Reviewer Guidelines
A multidisciplinary journal for research on social change, education, governance, development, human well-being and the future of societies.
Independent and confidential assessment
Reviewers must evaluate originality, scholarly contribution, methodology, analytical rigor, clarity, ethics and relevance to the journal's aims. Manuscripts and supplementary files are confidential.
Reviewer responsibilities
- Declare conflicts of interest and decline invitations that cannot be assessed independently.
- Provide evidence-based, constructive feedback without discrimination or personal comments.
- Do not reuse confidential data or upload manuscripts to external AI systems without explicit authorization.
- Distinguish mandatory corrections from optional scholarly recommendations.
Editorial decision and non-response
External peer-review is the default route for suitable submissions. If invited reviewers fail to report, the Editor-in-Chief may conduct a documented independent assessment under the journal's approved policy, declaring conflicts and maintaining a clear audit trail. Such cases will not be falsely described as externally peer-reviewed.
